When the boost charge should end. Must include a timezone offset, be a whole minute, be at least a minute in the future and be within 14 days. Ignored unless the action is BOOST. If combined with targetSocPercentage, the boost charge is refused with the BC_ONLY_ONE_OF_END_TIME_OR_TARGET_SOC reason.
targetSocPercentage : Int

The state of charge percentage (1-100) at which the boost charge should end. Ignored unless the action is BOOST, and cannot be combined with endTime. If it is not above the device's current state of charge, the boost charge is refused with the BC_TARGET_SOC_NOT_ABOVE_CURRENT reason.
